1. Order Processing

Orders placed on www.mindpanda.com are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 AM GMT may be processed the same business day; orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

• No customs duties apply to domestic US shipments

United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

• VAT included where applicable

European Union:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• VAT calculated at checkout where applicable under EU distance selling rules

Canada & Other International Destinations:

• International Shipping: 8–14 business days depending on destination

• International shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery location and chosen shipping method.

3. Shipping Costs

Product prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs unless expressly stated. Shipping fees are calculated and presented at checkout once the delivery address and shipping method are selected.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Unless explicitly stated at checkout as prepaid (DDP), customers are responsible for paying applicable import charges.

Failure to pay customs duties resulting in refused delivery may result in the deduction of shipping, return shipping, and customs charges from any eligible refund.

5. Carriers & Tracking

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, DPD, Evri, Amazon Logistics, or other qualified logistics partners. After dispatch, customers receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

6. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, strikes, transportation disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

MindPanda LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by such force majeure events.

7. Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days (US, UK, EU) or 14 business days (international), please contact support@mindpanda.com.

We may request an additional reasonable delivery period. If delivery does not occur within this additional period, customers may request cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Claims for non-receipt may be denied where carrier tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or confirmed delivery address, as permitted by applicable law.
