International Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon or other retailers) are subject to the return policies of those platforms.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (United States)
Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit or exchange is requested.
2. United Kingdom & European Union – Statutory Cooling-Off Rights
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers located in the UK or EU have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of cancellation notice.
Refunds include the product price and standard delivery cost and will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contaminated, or substantially different from what was ordered, please contact Support@Mindpanda.com within 30 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
For verified defective products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refund, replacement, or store credit will be processed within 14 days after inspection.
We may deny refund if the product was used beyond what is necessary to identify a defect, cannot be provided for inspection, or inspection confirms no defect exists.
4. Return Eligibility Requirements
To initiate a return, please provide:
• Product name
• Purchase location
• Purchase date
• Order number or invoice
• Photos (if applicable)
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and tags. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. International Returns & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties and import charges unless prepaid at checkout.
If a shipment is refused or customs duties are unpaid, shipping and customs charges may be deducted from any refund.
6. Good Faith & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund claims made in bad faith or where evidence suggests abuse of the return policy.
7. Policy Amendments
MindPanda LLC reserves the right to amend this policy in accordance with applicable laws. Changes take effect upon publication on our website.
